Founded by Carly & Fran on their mission to ditch cling film, The Beeswax Wrap Company specialises in reusable and natural food wraps.
Today, they're an award-winning B-Corp and hand make their wraps in the Cotswolds.
What differentiates beeswax wraps is the materials used in their manufacture it and I'm pleased to say The Beeswax Wrap Company have got it sussed.
Most of their beeswax is sourced from within a 20-mile radius of their workshop and they use GOTS certified organic cotton from a family run business in India.
Organic jojoba oil from America ensures these wraps stay flexible and soft. And Pine Resin from Portugal gives it's that magic sealing ability.
This Pack Contains
- 2x Small Wraps (20x20cm) perfect to preserve fruit and vegetables
- 2x Medium Wraps (30x30cm) ideal for wrapping sandwiches or covering bowls
How To Use Beeswax Wraps
Just warm the sheet in your hand to soften and mould into the shape you need. Just pressing the edges together will create an air-tight seal.
At the end of their life, we would recommend rewaxing the cotton (you can buy a bar and then use an iron to apply it) but you can also compost them, as they are biodegradable!
