Organic Macadamia Nuts

Macadamia nuts are both delicious and nutritious - loaded with healthy monounsaturated fatty acids and are a good source of fibre, vitamin b6, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, and zinc.

Cooking with Macadamia Nuts

These versatile nuts can be incorporated into a number of dishes, both sweet and savoury. They make excellent velvety, creamy dairy substitutes, including milk, sour cream, ice cream, cheese and butter.

The velvety crunch of macadamias translates into a full and flavoursome nut milk. Macadamias don’t require soaking in the way some nuts do, so it’s simple to make macadamia milk at home.

Use it for chai lattes in winter and summer smoothies when the weather is warmer. To make macadamia milk, blend 1 cup unsalted macadamias, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 pitted medjool date and 4 cups of water at high speed until it turns white. Easy!

Macadamias can be sprinkled onto a salad and barbecued. Just mix with a little lime juice and macadamia oil, then place on a tray on the barbie for 10 minutes. Lovely.
