A delicious, traditional gluten-free savoury nut roast suitable for snacking, sandwiches and of course, Sunday lunch!
I love a nut roast but they are a faff to put together when you have to buy all the separate ingredients (and not to mention expensive).
This great value mix is sure to impress everyone at the table - it's the perfect mix of nuts, herbs and spices
This nut roast mix is vegan, gluten-free and packed with nutrition and flavour!
How To Cook Nut Roast Mix
To make two servings, add 170g of mix to 100ml of water, mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Place in a small oiled tray, press down and cook for 20 minutes at 190°C. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.

Ingredients: Roasted peanuts (57%), sunflower seeds (8%), dried sweetened cranberries (7%) (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), gram flour, sesame seeds (5%), dried onion, dried yeast, potato starch, tapioca starch, raising agent (calcium carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (methylcellulose), dried apple (1%), dried peppers (0.9%), dried oregano, dried rosemary, tomato powder, salt, smoked paprika.
