To preserve the valuable b12 and other vitamins, do not heat this nutritional yeast over 100°C.

I love to add nutritional yeast to a jacket potato, pasta, or salad, or even in mashed potato. Handy if you've run out of vegan 'cheese', and it's got lots of vitamins and minerals in it as well.
Great product, a staple in our kitchen
This is great but does need to be stored in an airtight container straight away to avoid it going soft. Very good texture and flavour.
