What is Regenerative Flour?

This flour is made from a diverse variety of wheat grown alongside plants, grasses, and legumes. All without any pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

This method of growing provides a nutty depth of flavour full of nutrition, not available from a single strain, while constantly improving the soil in which they are grown (commonly known as regenerative farming).

Wildfarmed only stone mill their grain thereby grinding all three parts of the grain together into a fragrant, golden flour.

Wildfarmed Superfine White Flour (T55)

This superfine white flour is milled a little differently to the others, using a process that splits the grain prior to milling. 

This superfine white flour comes out a lot whiter and finer than the others in their selection.

Developed initially to make udon noodles, it also produces excellent results in pasta and pastries!

Wildfarmed believes healthy soil = healthy plants = healthy people. And they believe in paying farmers fairly. We think they're really on to something. 

The organisation has developed a pasture cropping system for wheat rotation which 42 members are now implementing (35 in UK and 7 in France).

And this is just the start. Wildfarmed is constantly testing and learning to find the most diverse, resilient and nutritious mix for farmers, customers and the soil.
