Whilst advertised as granola, these naturally flavourful, chewy, crunchy clusters add just the right amount of crunch to salads, soups, roasted vegetable dishes, and make for the perfect accompaniment to a beer or glass of wine as a pre-dinner aperitif or a post-dinner cheese-board.

What is Juice Pulp?

Juice pulp, or pomace, is the by-product of pressing fruits and vegetables for juice and cider making; it’s everything from the skins, to the cores, seeds and stems. And normally, this fibre-packed ingredient doesn't ever get eaten.

To upcycle this pulp, we mix it with organic, sustainably and locally sourced ingredients and bake it to golden, cluster-full perfection. This granola is made up of 1/3 Juice Pulp sourced from Kent-grown-and-pressed seasonal apple varieties, from Cox to Braeburn.
