What is Coconut Palm Sugar?
Coconut Palm Sugar is made from the evaporated sap of the coconut palm tree. It has a caramel flavour - slightly milder than rapadura.
PLease note that palm sugar is manufactured and harvested in a completely different way from palm oil and is not linked to deforestation.
