Cornflakes are made by grinding up corn kernels before steaming and rolling them into flakes and finally toasting.
Organic Cornflakes
These are not the same cornflakes you buy from the supermarket. They are a little thicker and full of flavour.
You can eat them as they are with some milk for brekkie, or for a superfoods twist, add in chia and buckwheat flakes, sweeten with dried fruit and add nuts for healthy fats.
