Dark Chocolate Couverture
Couverture is French for “covering” and chocolate couverture is code for very high-quality chocolate that contains a greater percentage of cocoa butter than other chocolate.
This additional cocoa butter gives the chocolate more sheen, a firmer "snap" when broken and a creamy mellow flavour.
This dark chocolate couverture is perfect for nibbling, melting, baking, dipping, sharing, making chocolate bars, clusters or barks.
Fairtrade Dark Chocolate
Fairtrade cocoa farmers are guaranteed the Fairtrade minimum price for their crop, plus an additional Fairtrade Premium.
It means they are more likely to be able to cover household costs like education, food and healthcare and invest the extra Premium to benefit the wider community, such as buying hospital and school equipment.

Made in West Sussex with Cocoa Beans from a community of small-scale growers in the Dominican Republic.
I brought these for baking, but it is very much one for the bowl one for me, when using them. They are delicious, rich and melt well to drizzle over tray bakes etc.
Haven't opened them yet.
These are the best chocolate buttons I have ever tasted. They are rich and creamy as though they should be a milk chocolate button but contain all of the health benefits of dark chocolate. The crunch of them is very moorish too!
