Returning for a second year, Perky welcome back this exquisite Ugandan natural coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains.
Helped by Agri Evolve, a washing station founded in 2016, the producers of the region have the opportunity to present their coffee on a global scale.
With a focus on staff empowerment and education, Agri Evolve has managed to build a team of over 80 skilled workers, who source and process coffee from thousands of farmers across the Rwenzori mountains.
This coffee is purchased as a freshly picked, ripe cherry directly from farmers. Agri Evolve then process the coffee locally at a washing station in Kisinga. This enables Agri Evolve to control the variables throughout the process, and create this incredible coffee.
The name is derived from The Bakonzo Tribe; a group of descendants living throughout the Rwenzori Mountains.

Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light.
Store in an air tight container in a dark, cool, dry place. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.
To keep the great flavour, use within 1 month. The coffee will keep for up to 6 months but the flavour won't be as good. See best before date.
