Our latest coffee hails from Jinotega, Nicaragua, known as the land of lakes and volcanoes in Central America.
Nicaragua is famed for its high-quality coffee thanks to its rich soils and various microclimates and these beans are no exception; bursting with flavours of Caramel, Fig & elderflower, they make for a wonderful filter coffee!
These beans have been roasted to accentuate the best features of the varietal; delicate floral notes of fresh elderflower and juicy stone fruits, and subtle, earthy notes that bring caramel and tea-like flavour in the cup.

These beans are roasted by our neighbours and are supplied in a closed-loop system which means the tubs in which it is supplied to us are collected and reused. And because it's so local we do this on a push bike 🚴♂️

>Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light.
Store in an air tight container in a dark, cool, dry place. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.
To keep the great flavour, use within 1 month. The coffee will keep for up to 6 months but the flavour won't be as good. See best before date.
