So it goes without saying that achieving the highest food hygiene rating is par for the course.

That said, nothing is a given in this life so we held our breath a few weeks waiting for our first visit from the Waltham Forest Environmental Health team...

However, I'm now delighted to share, following our audit on 3rd May 2022, we have been the highest Food Hygiene Rating available!
