Camelina, also known as Gold of Pleasure and false flax, has been grown in England for thousands of years and these are no exception, grown just north of ZWBF HQ at Great Tey in Essex.

Sprinkle on salads, use them in baking or add to smoothies for a nutritional punch,
To use camelina seeds as a vegan egg replacement, soak 1 tablespoon of seeds in 3 tablespoons of warm water for 30 minutes to replace one egg.
