Long live the fava bean!

Lovers of fava/broad beans will enjoy this piquant roasted version. We sprinkle them onto vegetable stir-fries and they bring their own crunchiness and flavour. And of course there's always snacking. And more snacking ...

Great substitute for crisps!

I've been trying for a while to find an alternative to ultra-processed crisps. These hit the same craving spot for something salty and crunchy, but have a much better nutritional profile. I particularly like that they're high in protein!
