These coconut chips are made from the white flesh of the coconut, the coconut meat is shredded and then lightly toasted to make it even more tasty and crunchy.
If you prefer things as close to nature as possible then try our organic dried coconut chips which are not toasted.

With toasted coconut chips, there are so many options. You can just snack on them just as they are. They are delish (and moreish!).
You can also add them to smoothies, acai bowls, granola, porridge, yoghurt, waffles or pancakes, or even a piece of toast smeared with nut butter and fruit. Cinnamon and honey are both wonderful additions to any of those suggestions.
Try stirring into curries or stir frys at the end for an aromatic crunch, spoon over a tray of roasted veggies. You can also bulk up a plate of green veggies – they will add another dimension!
