Cooking With Ground Ginger
Ground ginger it isn’t usually interchangeable with fresh ginger.
Try mixing ground ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and coriander to spice up basmati rice to serve with your favourite vegetable stir-fries or curries. To whip up a delicious marinade for chicken or salmon, mix honey, Dijon mustard, ground ginger, a few tablespoons of water and some crushed garlic.

Ginger Tea Recipe
To make ginger tea, add 1 cup boiling water over ¼ tsp ground ginger, let it steep for a few minutes, then strain and enjoy.
Fizzy Ginger Recipe
Fizzy ginger is a big hit here too. Add 1 cup of boiling water to ½ tsp ground ginger, and then let it sit and cool for 10 mins. Then stir in 1-2 tsp honey followed by ½ cup carbonated water.
Ginger Footbath
To make a foot bath, boil 1.8 litres of water then add 1-2 tablespoons of ground ginger and a pinch or two of sea salt (optional.) Leave to cool down and then get a book, sit back and soak your feet for 10-20 minutes.
