What Is Sunflower Mince?

As well as being high in protein, this sunflower mince is also high in fibre, contains zero fat and is free-from soya and gluten.

As well as being made from a simple, nutritious ingredient this pea mince is bucking the trend for plant-based meat substitutes to be overpacked in single-use plastic and presented like meat in a fridge. 

Not only is this mince supplied in reusable packaging, it also rehydrates to three times its original size!

How To Cook Sunflower Mince

Add straight to your favourite sauce whilst cooking (no pre-soaking required) and your mince will be cooked in minutes.

Nice and easy to use protein

This is a great alternative to regular mince in a stew or bolognese. Works perfect in terms of texture and taste. I doubt anyone would be able to tell - chefs and sommeliers excluded.
