Description

Organic Omega Four Seed Mix

Our Organic Omega Four Seed Mix is made up of four organically produced seeds: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden linseed [flaxseed] and sesame seeds. Just 100% seeds.

The variety of seed sizes provide colour, texture and taste as well as an excellent source of protein, fibre, omega 3 and polyunsaturates.

Eat this as a snack by the handful, or sprinkle it on other foods. The nuttiness suits muesli and cereals, as well as savoury dishes.

Seeds and bag is fantastic

I love the fact that the seeds come in a returnable bag. That’s one of the reasons I chose the product

Great mix

Mix comes just as shown. Tastes great on my oats in the morning. I’ve re ordered a bunch of times.
