These are the Garbanzo Pedrosillano variety of chickpeas. They have thinner skin and are far creamier than canned or tinned chickpeas.

How To Cook

Organic Chickpeas

Try them tossed through a puttanesca sauce or with a fresh basil pesto - they're packed full of natural protein so great for flexitarians.

Like most beans, they're incredibly versatile and hold up particularly well in soups, stews and pasta dishes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, remove contents and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use within two days.
