Queen Carlin Peas

Slowly cooked with a soft, delicate texture + nutty flavour. Try them in a hearty french onion bake or crisped up in a salad with sticky aubergines and garlicky yogurt.

Additive and preservative free. Just the highest quality beans, water and a pinch of salt.

How To Cook

All Hail Pea Carlin!

Highly reccomended in a rich tomato and red pepper stew or a creamy coconut and spinach dhal.

Like most peas, they're incredibly versatile and hold up particularly well in soups, stews and pasta dishes.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, remove contents and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use within two days.
