Raisins are a type of grape that has been dried for around three weeks - as the grapes dry, they darken. The size, taste and colour depend on the type of grape used.

Cooking With Raisins 

Raisins are great to use as a salad topping, mixed into porridge or added to yoghurts. 

They can also be baked into delicious cookies, breads and muffins.

Despite their small size, raisins are packed with energy and rich in fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
