What Are Pea Chunks?
These pea chunks are a processed yellow peas. But unlike many other processed foods, these only contains peas!
These pea chunks are is an ideal replacement for meals where you traditionally have chunks of meat like stews, casseroles and curries. Let's see if those around the table can tell the difference?!
British Gluten Free Pea Chunks
As well as being made from a simple, nutritious ingredient these pea chunks are bucking the trend for plant-based meat substitutes to be overpacked in single-use plastic and presented like meat in a fridge.
Not only are these pea chunks supplied in reusable packaging, they also rehydrate to three times their original size!

How To Cook Pea Chunks
These chunks need to be rehydrated for 20 minutes at a ratio of 3/1 (boiling liquid/chunks) before adding it to your meal.
I would recommend rehydrating in something delicious (our Organic Vegetable Bouillon is perfect) but it can also be done in just water.

Really recommend these (forget those TVP chunks of many decades ago. Quick to rehydrate and an interesting addition to a simple veg/bean stew.
